The service is scheduled visits to empty and second homes, by appointment. It is not a 24/7 emergency line, not a security patrol, and not a structural survey. Nothing on these pages is a guarantee against leaks, damp, theft or hidden defects. The prices shown are launch prices and are confirmed with you before the first visit.

The photographs are freely licensed images. They illustrate the coast, hill country, interiors, and the kinds of damage an empty house can show. They are not client homes and not photos from our visits.
